A portrait of a Hopi woman wearing a traditional hairstyle. The woman is shown from the waist up, and she is facing the viewer. She is wearing a handwoven black blanket, or perhaps a dress, and a striped purple shawl. She is wearing a multistrand choker around her neck. The area behind her is covered with horizontal stripes of cream and gold. This piece is T. C. Cannon's last signed woodcut, circa 1970.
