- Purchased by Jack and Maxine Zarrow at the Gilcrease Museum's annual Rendezvous exhibition, Tulsa, OK, May 1985. The original painting is in the Gilcrease Museum's collection. On a sticker on the dust cover: "Z-12; Terpning; 'Old Man with Hat.'" On a card glued to the dust cover: "The oil painting, 'Old Man of the Blackfoot' was painted by Howard Terpning, the Gilcrease Rendezvous artist for 1985. The painting is now in the collection of the Thomas Gilcrease Institute of American History and Art, Tulsa, Oklahoma. This limited edition print of 'Old Man of the Blackfoot' was issued May, 1985 by the Gilcrease Museum Association to commemorate the 1985 Gilcrease Rendezvous exhibition of works by Howard Terpning. This is number 7/300 of the signed limited edition print."
