He is wearing an eagle headdress, feathered arm decorations, a feathered tail bustle, a yellow kilt with a red zigzag design near the hem, bands of bells around his calves, goat-hair ankle bands and beaded moccasins. He has red and turquoise paint on his eyes and cheeks and he is wearing a silver medallion around his neck. He has a straw-like whistle in his mouth.
