A painting of two Plains Native Americans beside a body of water. There are two men in the foreground. The one on the left is on his hands and knees looking at a disturbance in the water. The second man, who is wearing a horned headdress, is standing in a slightly crouched position at the first man's left shoulder. The second man is holding a peace pipe in his left hand while he covers his mouth with his right hand. His shoulders are painted green and he has both a bow and an arrow quiver across his back. In the background, there are three Native American men on horseback and two riderless horses.
