A painting of a man sitting on a hollow log facing the viewer. A bucket is sitting on the ground in front of him between his feet and he is holding a long reed or stick in his hands. One end of the reed is in the bucket and the other end is in front of his chest. He has long black hair with a single feather at the back of his head. He is wrapped in a red blanket and is wearing blue leggings and high-topped fringed moccasins with red scarves tied around his calves to hold them up.
