Provenance:
Purchased by Jack and Maxine Zarrow at the Gilcrease Museum's first unofficial Rendezvous exhibition, June 14, 1979. Brummett Echohawk was one of two "Quick draw" artists to give an exhibition of their art. The drawing was then auctioned, and Mr. Zarrow was the successful bidder. On the dust cover: "1st Gilcrease Rendezvous, June 14, 1975; Quick Draw." Taped to the dust cover: "6/14/79 Pawnee Indian Rider; Pawnee Buffalo hunter 'Lung Shot 3.'"
