Description:
A painting done on gray mat board of the back view of a hoop dancer. He is wearing a roach headdress, upper- and lower-back bustles, a black breechclout, bells and long, goat-hair calf bands, and beaded moccasins. His image is painted in front of a blue circle and he appears to be dancing with two red hoops, held vertically. One hoop is circling his upper body while the other is circling his lower body. The title, "Dance," is written at the bottom edge of the painting.
